Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care. Document children's progress and communicate effectively with parents. Collaborate with team members to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge. Requirements: Diploma & ECT in Early Childhood Education and Care. Current First Aid and CPR certification. At least 1 year experience in the early childhood industry Working with Children Check (or equivalent). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
